Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Saturday Escape Co. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Certain items (like custom or made-to-order products) may not be returnable. Any exceptions will be noted on the product page.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us with your order number and the reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide instructions on where to send your item.

  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
